Case Studies

We welcome the opportunity to introduce some of our recent projects. We’ve organized these into three broad categories of problems or issues: Education, Government, and Social Change. Each case study is presented to show how our collaboration with the client was organized by our “Ladder of Engagement” to illustrate how that approach works in practice with these “real world” problems.

• Education: These are all studies of organizational dynamics and include foci on individual schools, school districts, and a small private college.
• Government: These case studies describe our recent work in modeling human behaviors to provide assistance to the work of intelligence analysts.
• Community: These studies describe a number of efforts to assist community agencies to find effective leverage for implementing positive change.
